1. Package & Ship


Please include your email, phone number, return address and a brief description of your problem.


Package and ship your device to:

When mailing your device please request a signature for delivery confirmation.  Cellular Solutions will not be liable for any devices lost in the mail.


2. Repair


Once we receive your device we will diagnosis it and contact you with an estimate on the repair. After the repair is complete, you will receive an invoice from Cellular Solutions via PayPal. Your device will be mailed out as soon as your PayPal payment has been received.


3. Return Shipping


Free return shipping via ground delivery is included for all repaired devices. If you shipped your device to us overnight, we can return it for free through ground delivery. If you specify otherwise, we can return your device to you via overnight delivery, and we will charge a nominal delivery fee.


If you choose a free estimate and do not proceed with repairs or your device cannot be repaired, we can recycle it for you for free. Otherwise, we can return your device, but you will be charged for return shipping.


*Note: Some high value devices e.g. (exceeding value of $500.00) may not qualify for free return shipping due to the device’s value and cost of insurance.
